DFI reflection week 6 - Google Sites

 

• What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

Having learning visible, accessible and user friendly. also to consider student engagement by considering visual appeal and multimodal choices.

• What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?

The google sites is a platform that I think will be engaging for my students. I have tried to customise it so that the students see themselves in many aspects of the site eg photos, their artwork as the customised buttons.

• What did I learn that could be used with my learners?

Something that I will make sure I use as I move more into digital learning with my students is the rewindable learning. As a learner myself I find this is the easiest way for me to learn new skills online.
